How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like us to delete your data from ND Marketing Manager, you can:
- From the app: Go to Profile → Settings and use the delete account option
- Disconnect Meta: Go to Profile → Integrations → Disconnect to remove your Meta connection and all related tokens
- By email: Send a deletion request to the address below

What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will remove:
- Your account information
- Your campaign drafts and creative assets
- Your Meta connection data and all stored access tokens
- Your brand settings and preferences
- Your usage history within the app
What We Cannot Delete
- Data that has already been sent to Meta or other third parties (such as published ads). You must manage those directly in the relevant platform.
- Anonymized aggregate usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you.
Processing Time
Data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
Meta Data Deletion Callback
If you connected your Meta account through ND Marketing Manager and later remove our app from your Facebook settings, Meta will notify us automatically and we will delete your stored Meta connection data.
