By using ND Marketing Manager, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This service is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

What This Service Is

ND Marketing Manager is a marketing tool that helps naturopathic physicians and wellness clinics create, manage, and analyze advertising campaigns. It is operated from Washington, USA.

What This Service Is Not

• This is not a medical tool and does not provide medical advice
• This tool does not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI)
• This tool does not collect patient data
• This tool does not guarantee advertising results or compliance

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of your advertisements
• You are responsible for ensuring your ads comply with applicable laws, regulations, healthcare advertising rules, and platform policies
• You are responsible for managing your own Meta / Facebook / Instagram ad account and billing
• You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before publishing
• You must not use this tool to advertise services you are not licensed to provide

Connected Platforms

When you connect your Meta account, you authorize ND Marketing Manager to access your ad account data for the purpose of managing campaigns and displaying reports. You can disconnect at any time from the app settings. Meta's own Terms of Service and Data Policy also apply to your use of their platform.

AI-Generated Content

ND Marketing Manager uses AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI) to generate images, ad copy, and campaign recommendations. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.

Accounts

You may create one account per individual or practice. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time.

Pricing

ND Marketing Manager is currently free to use with usage limits. Paid subscription plans may be offered in the future. You will be notified before any charges apply.

Limitation of Liability

ND Marketing Manager is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for advertising outcomes, platform policy violations, regulatory compliance, or any damages resulting from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
